- Experience with deployment tools (e.g. Salesforce CLI, CI/CD Pipelines, Sandbox Management)
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations
- Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English
- Startup experience
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or higher
- Experience working with education institutions (K-12, higher education, nonprofits)
- Exposure to Education Cloud or Nonprofit Cloud
- Interest in education or social impact
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
