Salesforce Developer

The Role

Seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on technical expertise and client-facing consulting skills. The role involves designing, building, and optimizing complex Salesforce solutions that align with customer needs. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure high-impact, scalable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into robust Salesforce technical solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop applications using Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and declarative tools.
• Customize and optimize Salesforce modules including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio.
• Lead integrations with third-party applications and external systems.
• Drive data migration activities and manage deployment cycles.
• Apply best practices using Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain unit tests; diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Provide training and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and capabilities.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and consulting.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, data modeling, and automation.
• Proven proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and source-driven development.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Ability to work directly with stakeholders in a consulting environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Media Cloud, OmniStudio, or CPQ.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or relevant consulting certifications.
• Exposure to agile delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence.
• Experience working with enterprise-grade, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
