Summary
Develops and maintains Salesforce applications for TCS clients: Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Web Components, OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors), Flows, and REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations, across the full SDLC in a secure, governance-driven delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Develop Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous processing components.
- Build responsive and reusable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components.
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, permissions, validation rules, and Flows.
- Develop OmniStudio solutions using OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
- Develop and support REST and SOAP APIs, middleware integrations, and external system interfaces.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, including solution design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot application defects and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor and optimise application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment artefacts, and solution specifications.
- Follow established coding, security, governance, and release-management standards.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and Agile delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in secure and governance-driven delivery environments.
