Salesforce Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and custom Salesforce development. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of Salesforce development experience and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using LWC, Apex, SOQL, and Visualforce
  

• Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable code on Salesforce platform
  

• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions within the Salesforce platform
  

• Create and maintain technical documentation, unit tests, and deployment scripts
  

• Work closely with Salesforce Architects, Admins, and Business Analysts to deliver scalable solutions
  

• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  

• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of existing Salesforce solutions
  

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 8 years of Salesforce development experience
  

• Expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) – Mandatory
  

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, SOQL/SOSL
  

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom applications
  

• Good understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi
  

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and Git
  

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II
  

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
