Hiring: Salesforce Technical Lead / Salesforce Development Lead

Experience: 8 - 12 Years
Mandatory: Minimum 5 Years of Salesforce Development Experience

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead development teams and drive end-to-end technical design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development, Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, integrations, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers and manage project delivery.
• Own overall technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Lightning Components, Communities, and Visualforce Pages.
• Understand functional specifications and user stories and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, development standards, and process adherence.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate development teams.
• Lead technical design discussions and provide recommendations.
• Manage hypercare, transition to support, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Support ERP integrations and Salesforce data migration activities.

Required Skills:

• 812 years of overall development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Salesforce.com development experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Apex Classes, LWC, Lightning, Visualforce, and Communities.
• Excellent knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration.
• Strong web development skills: JavaScript, AJAX, SOAP, HTTP, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Experience in Salesforce data migration.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub and version control.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Experience in ERP integration.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, product backlog, and user stories.
• Excellent technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications Required:

• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder / App Developer
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1)
