is required to work with an organisation that is a specialist investment and private credit firm that connects capital with businesses, projects, and sectors that drive long-term growth and positive societal impact. With expertise spanning energy transition, venture funding, and private credit, it delivers tailored financial solutions for investors and businesses. This role sits ahead of a significant two-year transformation programme as the business is looking to move into Financial Services Cloud and Sales Cloud. You lead Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, releases, and deployment governance while driving QA, automated testing, version control, and continuous improvement across change and release management processes. Skills: Salesforce Architect with experience in DevOps. Act as the primary change gate for the platform. Work extensively across Salesforce technologies, particularly Apex and Lightning. Support the wider architecture function while remaining hands-on.
