Salesforce DevOps Engineer

For one of our clients in the automotive industry we are looking for people for the position of Salesforce DevOps Engineer.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Platform-wide role, oversees all aspects of solution (Marketing, Sales, Service, platform integrations, etc),
• Design, implementation and operation of integration scenarios,
• Analysis and development of new requirements,
• Ensuring operation of the platform in a globally organized DevOps team,
• Full responsibility of Salesforce platform operation and development and coordinating support and future roadmap.

Your Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field or similar qualifications,
• 5 years experience as Salesforce DevOps Engineer, Salesforce Consultant, Software Developer with Salesforce Knowledge,
• Understanding of declarative customization and programmatic customization in a Salesforce context,
• Knowledge of sfdx (Salesforce-CLI) and the Salesforce source metadata format,
• Experienced in working with git workflows and experienced in merge conflicts in Salesforce metadata,
• Fluent in English, German is a plus,
• Knowledge in Salesforce testing, writing test classes in apex and Salesforce troubleshooting,
• Knowledge of web services, implementation of system integrations and design patterns is a plus,
• Solution oriented and structured, (self)organized way of working,
• Experience with working in a DevOps Team is an advantage,
• Familiar with IT Service Management processes (ITIL Foundation desirable).
