Salesforce Engineer

We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in HR technology, delivering an end-to-end SaaS platform that supports the entire recruitment lifecycle. Trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide, their solutions combine cloud technology, automation, and cutting-edge AI to help businesses hire smarter, work more efficiently, and deliver better talent experiences.

We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer to join an agile engineering team and contribute to the development of Salesforce-based applications used by tens of thousands of people every day. This is a hands-on software engineering role with strong opportunities to develop Salesforce expertise, work alongside experienced engineers, and gradually take ownership of features from development through delivery.

Recruitment process:

  • A call with Motife recruiter (30 min)

  • Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (30 min)

  • Hiring Manager Interview (30 min)

  • Technical Interview (90 min)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new features across Salesforce-based applications.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and improve it through reviews and feedback.

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from solution design through testing and delivery.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, QA, and Professional Services teams.

  • Contribute to technical documentation and continuously improve development practices.

  • Participate in the rotating on-calls, providing out-of-hours support and responding to incidents as required.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.

  • Interest in developing expertise in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and Visualforce.

  • Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals such as governor limits, security models, and development best practices, or the ability to learn them quickly.

  • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

  • Familiarity with Agile software development practices.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear English communication.

  • Collaborative mindset, willingness to receive feedback, and ownership of delivered work.

  • Interest in using AI both as a software development tool and as part of technology solutions.
