Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Engineer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs to design, develop, and maintain robust custom solutions. Your work will be essential in driving system integration initiatives and implementing AI-driven automation to optimize business processes. Based in Gurugram, you will play a key part in enhancing the Salesforce platform through advanced customization and data management strategies, ensuring the organization's CRM infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy custom code using Apex and SOQL to extend standard Salesforce functionality.
- Architect and execute complex system integrations between Salesforce and external applications using Salesforce APIs.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Customize the Salesforce platform to meet specific business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud configurations to support accurate data analytics and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to maintain high-quality standards across the development lifecycle.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Possess 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and engineering.
- Demonstrate proven proficiency in Apex programming and SOQL query optimization.
- Have extensive hands-on experience working with Salesforce APIs for system integration projects.
- Show a strong track record of implementing AI-driven automation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Be skilled in Salesforce Platform Customization and managing Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Hold a valid Salesforce certification or equivalent demonstrated expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Possess the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment in Gurugram.
