Role summary
Leads the offshore build team, translating architecture into low-level design, enforcing coding standards and owning technical quality of every sprint deliverable.
Key responsibilities
- 8 + years of exp Produce LLDs, component designs and technical tasks from the architects HLD.
- Lead and mentor senior developers and developers; allocate and review work.
- Own code review, static analysis, unit test coverage and deployment readiness.
- Build complex components (Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, Integration Procedures) where required.
- Manage source control branching, CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion with DevOps.
- Support performance tuning, governor-limit management and production readiness.
Essential skills
- Expert Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow and OmniStudio
- FSC data model and configuration
- Integration build: REST/SOAP callouts, Named Credentials, Platform Events
- Salesforce DX, Git, Copado/Gearset/Azure DevOps pipelines
