Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements for loyalty programs.
- Design and configure loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud to meet client needs.
- Customize and integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, solution designs, and implementation plans.
- Provide training and support to clients on Salesforce Loyalty Cloud functionality and best practices.
- Work closely with developers and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and deployment of loyalty solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to loyalty programs and Salesforce technology.
