Role Overview

Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud developer delivering integrations, segmentation, activation, and reporting for end-to-end campaigns; 5–7 years’ experience required, automotive industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-channel journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, CloudPages, and triggered sends to support lifecycle campaigns and personalization at scale.
• Develop and maintain integrations across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Salesforce core, and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, events, and secure file automations.
• Configure Data Cloud data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation to Marketing Cloud and paid media endpoints.
• Implement AMPscript/SSJS personalization with robust subscriber key and Data Extension schemas for accurate targeting and segmentation.
• Orchestrate Automation Studio schedules, SQL activities, and data hygiene to meet freshness SLAs and ensure campaign readiness.
• Enforce consent and preference management, privacy compliance, and data quality controls aligned to platform governance.
• Produce campaign reporting via Data Views, SQL extracts, and Marketing Cloud Intelligence dashboards with attribution-aligned KPIs.
• Monitor deliverability, domain/IP alignment, suppression strategy, and sender reputation; implement iterative improvements for inbox placement.
• Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance and cost across activation and messaging workloads.
