Salesforce Marketing Cloud Admin

Administer Salesforce Marketing Cloud by managing lists and data extensions, creating segments and journeys, tracking communications, developing reports and dashboards, synchronizing CRM data, supporting product teams, performing quality checks, gathering requirements, managing projects, and implementing platform improvements.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain lists, data extensions, and subscriber lists
• Create segmentation groups
• Track communications
• Develop reports and dashboards
• Create journeys with Journey Builder
• Synchronize data between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud
• Use SF Connector to transfer data between Salesforce Core Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions
• Support and escalate issues for product teams using Marketing Cloud
• Complete quality-assurance checks on data and journeys
• Gather requirements
• Manage projects and support tasks
• Prioritize work
• Work with marketing, product, and analytics stakeholders
• Suggest and implement Salesforce platform changes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud Administrator
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification is a plus
• Understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Service Cloud
• Experience with marketing automation solutions
• Passion for digital marketing, research, and analytics
• Strong background in agile SCRUM practices and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack
• Understanding of marketing KPIs and analytics
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders
• Experience with administration and configuration
• Experience with basic HTML
• Experience with AMPscript and SQL
