Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and managing marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in SFMC development, data segmentation, and campaign execution, along with an analytical mindset to support performance optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio (SMS/Push).
• Write and optimise AMP scripts, SSJS, SQL queries, and HTML/CSS for responsive emails.
• Build dynamic content, personalisation logic, segmentation, and triggered communications.
• Manage Data Extensions, subscriber models, and support CRM/API integrations.
• Perform QA/UAT, troubleshoot issues, and support production deployments.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and contribute to reporting and optimisation efforts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and deliverability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
• SFMC Certification (Email Specialist / Administrator / Developer).
