POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and execution for marketing technology initiatives focused on customer engagement, consent management, and email marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and own product roadmap aligned with business and customer objectives
Manage and prioritize product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders
Drive enhancements and optimization for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneTrust Preference Center
Oversee email campaign management capabilities and customer communication experiences
Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and CASL regulations
Manage product lifecycle from requirements gathering through delivery and adoption
Monitor product performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
Experience with OneTrust Preference Center and consent management
Strong background in Email Campaign Management
7+ years of Product Management experience
Expertise in Agile/Scrum, product road-mapping, and backlog management
Knowledge of SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication standards
Good to Have
Experience with Marketing Technology (MarTech) platforms
Experience managing customer engagement and digital communication products
