  • Maintain a high standard for data organization, consistency, accuracy, governance, and usability across the platform.
  • Translate strong data integrity practices into reliable reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and business analysis that leadership and employees can use to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, users, technology partners, and cross-functional teams to understand needs, identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate business priorities into effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Serve as primary Salesforce and general data integrity point of contact for employees by answering questions, providing training and guidance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Assist with translating, mapping, and migrating data from firms acquired through mergers and acquisitions, ensuring information is clean, consistent, accurate, and aligned with Salesforce data standards.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using tools such as Flows, Apex, Tableau, Salesforce APIs, and other platform capabilities.
  • Build, enhance, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Proactively assess the current Salesforce environment to reduce technical debt and implement scalable improvements that support future business growth.
  • Partner with the IT team to support Salesforce-related security features, access controls, permission structures, and system safeguards.
  • Support change management through creation and maintenance of SOP documentation.
