Salesforce Process Owner - IT & Systems

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Define business requirements for Salesforce solutions, including CPQ, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

- Develop process designs and product management strategies to improve sales operations efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes and technologies.

- Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular reporting and analytics.

- Provide technical expertise on Salesforce platform to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 8 - 13 years of experience in IT industry with a focus on Salesforce implementation projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) or MBA/PGDM from a reputed institution.

- Strong understanding of Business Processes, Product Management, Sales Administration, Sales Coordination, Sales Operations, and Salesforce Cpq/Service Cloud/Salesforce Sales Cloud concepts.
