The Salesforce Technical Product Manager will lead product discovery, roadmap development, and implementation for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. The role acts as the primary liaison between business and technology partners to translate requirements into functional solutions.

LOCATION

Walnut Creek, CA - Will Have to go onsite 3 days a week.

Can consider Phoenix, AZ as a second option

REQUIRED SKILLS

MUST HAVES

  1. Hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Implementations
  2. Strong Knowledge/experience within Data Cloud
  3. Acts as point of contact for the relationship with business and technology partners to gather and understand requirements and to deliver product roadmap.
  4. Proven track record in product strategy, roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, ROI analysis, and user story mapping.
  5. Significant, demonstrated hands-on experience and completion of full Salesforce Marketing stack projects from initiation to delivery and support.
  6. Strong knowledge of digital and product marketing, with strong marketing data acumen.
  7. Strong functional expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementation.

TOP MUST HAVE EXPREINCE:

  1. Hands on experience with Marketing Cloud Implementations
  2. Strong Knowledge/experience within Data Cloud

Nice to have/Ideal has worked in a marketing environment

Essential Functions

  • Serve as the business functional subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related solutions.
  • Lead product discovery and requirement-gathering sessions. Translate complex business needs into functional requirements, user journeys, and high-level platform solution designs. Inform the Salesforce Marketing roadmap.
