Summary
Product Owner owning and enhancing Salesforce (Service Cloud) solutions that support employee, manager, and operational teams in an international environment. Day to day involves managing the backlog, prioritising requirements, facilitating workshops, and bridging business stakeholders with technology teams using Agile practices.

- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
- Living in Poland
Nice-to-have requirements
- Basic knowledge of SOQL and data extraction from Salesforce
- Experience with Agile methodologies
