Summary
Product Owner for Salesforce-based solutions at Sii Polska, owning and enhancing products that support employee, manager, and operational teams on Salesforce Service Cloud. Day to day involves backlog management, requirements gathering, workshops with business stakeholders, and bridging business needs with technology teams in an international, Agile environment.
We are looking for someone who can combine Salesforce platform expertise with a product-oriented and business-focused mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing key solutions that support employee, manager, and operational team experiences in an international environment.

- At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Salesforce Consultant with a strong business-oriented focus
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Proven ability to manage product backlogs, prioritise requirements, and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and defining business solutions
- Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practical experience working with product teams
- Excellent English and Polish communication skills, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment
- Living in Poland
