Key Responsibilities
🎯 Lead end-to-end Salesforce project management, including requirement gathering, planning, and execution. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices
🎯 Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to align project goals. Lead meetings, presentations, and project reviews
🎯 Lead cross-functional teams including Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants, fostering collaboration for smooth execution
🎯 Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery
🎯 Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resource usage, ensuring efficiency and profitability
🎯 Oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions that exceed client expectations, providing regular status updates and reports
Requisitos
👉 4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce implementations
👉 Proven success in delivering Salesforce projects on time and within budget
👉 Salesforce Administrator and/or Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required)
👉 PMP or Agile certification (preferred)
👉 Expertise in Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and integrations
👉 Strong skills in Agile/Scrum and project management software (e.g., JIRA, Asana)
👉 Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
👉 Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
👉 Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
