Salesforce Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage enterprise Salesforce implementation and transformation initiatives.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, resource planning, governance and ensuring successful execution of Salesforce programmes.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale technology projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into successful project outcomes.

The role requires strong project management capabilities, business understanding, client engagement and delivery governance, along with a working understanding of Salesforce platforms and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Delivery Management:

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement and transformation projects.

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and delivery plans.

- Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery within agreed budgets.

- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure smooth project operations.

- Track project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, project communications and escalations.

- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and delivery priorities.

- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress updates.

- Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Resource & Financial Management:

- Manage project resources, team allocation and capacity planning.

- Monitor project budgets, resource utilisation and delivery costs.

- Support project estimation, forecasting and financial planning.

- Ensure optimal utilisation of resources across project teams.

Governance & Process Management:

- Establish project governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms and delivery processes.

- Monitor project KPIs, SLAs, timelines and quality benchmarks.

- Ensure adherence to organisational processes and project management standards.

- Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10 - 16 years of experience in IT Project Management, Programme Delivery or Technology Project Management.

- Experience managing Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.

- Strong understanding of project planning, execution and delivery governance.

- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Knowledge of project budgeting, estimation, resource planning and risk management.

- Understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.

- Working knowledge of Salesforce platforms and business capabilities.

- Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
