Summary

Key Responsibilities
Test Execution & Integration Validation
- End-to-End Testing: Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases across various clouds - SFCC, SC, DC, MC
- API & Middleware Testing: Validate real-time and batch data flows orchestrated via MuleSoft using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs in Jira; collaborate directly with developers and the QA Lead to verify fixes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4–6 years of dedicated QA engineering experience.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Hands-on experience testing various Salesforce clouds
- Integration Testing: Proven experience testing APIs, JSON payloads, and middleware layers (specifically MuleSoft).
- Tools: Proficiency with Jira (or Azure DevOps) and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Soft Skills: Clear, concise communication skills with the ability to articulate technical issues simply during daily client updates.
