Salesforce QA Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Define test strategies with developers, business analysts and product owners.
• Execute functional, regression, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Provar.
• Report defects, monitor quality metrics and support process improvements.
• Assist with release management and deployment validation.
• Maintain QA documentation, conduct stakeholder training and product demos.
• Participate in the agile development cycle.

• Flexible starting times between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, hybrid work in a 70/30 model and up to 30 remote-work days abroad from selected countries.

• Degree in business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a consulting or corporate environment.
• Extensive experience implementing and testing complex Salesforce service processes, including Service Cloud or Field Service.
• Knowledge of test automation tools, API testing and Salesforce architecture.
• Business fluency in English.

• Proactive and analytical approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good written communication and willingness to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Additional Salesforce certifications, CI/CD experience and HVAC or manufacturing process knowledge are welcome.
