Join a leading global consultancy delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce transformation programmes. We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud & Agentforce Architect to design and implement innovative customer engagement, AI, and data-driven solutions across complex enterprise environments.
The RoleAs a Senior Manager, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
- Define scalable data models, integration strategies, and architecture frameworks.
- Deliver end-to-end projects from discovery and design through to deployment.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Lead workshops, provide technical direction, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive the adoption of AI-powered capabilities, automation, and customer engagement solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Manage architecture workstreams on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and implementation.
- Experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Commerce Cloud.
- Expertise in customer data modelling, cross-cloud integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce and AI-driven Salesforce solutions.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data warehouses.
- Ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading teams and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce programmes.
