We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, integrate, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce integrations, data modeling, and CI/CD, along with the ability to lead technical delivery and maintain a stable, high-quality Salesforce environment.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:30pm - 1:30am (IST), Daily On-Site.
Location: EMAAR Digital Green, Tower B, Golf Course Road Extension, Sector 61, Gurugram, Haryana – 122011.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
  • Develop Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable Apex classes, with a solid grasp of governor limits and bulk-safe patterns.
  • Support Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Talend, and Celigo.
  • Design and optimize Salesforce data models, security, automation, and application architecture.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments and CI/CD processes using SFDX, scratch orgs, GitLab/GitHub pipelines, and automated testing, ensuring code quality through appropriate testing, documentation, code reviews, and release practices.
  • Perform data migration, data transformation, and org consolidation activities.
  • Develop and maintain Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP).
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is must.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including at least 3+ years in a Senior/Lead capacity, with strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, Batch, Queueable, and Schedulable Apex, and a solid understanding of governor limits, bulkification, and scalable development patterns.
  • Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce data modelling.
  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integrations, including middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Talend, or Celigo.
  • Experience with SFDX, scratch orgs, Git/GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
  • Experience with Salesforce data migration, data transformation, and/or org consolidation.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
