Salesforce Senior Technico-Functional Consultant
Summary
Senior consultant designs and implements Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions, guiding clients from requirements to deployment while leading projects and bridging business needs with technical execution.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Senior Technico-Functional Consultant who combines strong technical expertise with functional consulting and project leadership capabilities. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, bridging business needs with technical execution to deliver impactful Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This is a hands-on lead role; you must be comfortable engaging directly with customers to gather requirements, designing scalable solutions, and remaining actively involved in implementation activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Arabic Speaker is a plus.
- Financial Services Cloud experience is a must.
- Financial Services Cloud certified.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting and project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce data management tools.
- Excellent English communication skills are required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Proven experience in both functional and technical roles and open to travel on a mission basis.
Core Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Business Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of business processes.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding project status and timelines.
- Create and maintain documentation for customizations and configurations, and conduct training sessions for users and administrators.
Team Leadership & Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project delivery while staying up to date with Salesforce releases and recommending enhancements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the integrity and quality of solutions, debugging and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide ongoing support and implement enhancements to optimize Salesforce usage across the organization.
Technical Execution & Implementation
- Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions, including data models, user interfaces, and integrations.
- Implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
