Position:- Salesforce Solution Architect

Position summary: Salesforce Solution Architect to lead cross-cloud architecture for Data 360, Marketing Cloud Next, BOSS, and OwnerCRM. This person will own discovery, architecture options, technical governance, and design assurance through production handover.

Primary responsibilities

• Lead discovery, requirements traceability, current-state assessment, solution blueprinting, and architecture governance.
• Develop and present keep, refactor, and rebuild options for Data 360; facilitate the decision workshop and maintain the architecture decision record.
• Define the target data, identity, integration, communication-classification, subscription, security, and environment architecture.
• Review designs for normalized people data, identity resolution, Calculated Insights, segments, activations, CRM automation, approvals, release controls, and rollback.
• Support estimates, design assurance, technical risk resolution, knowledge transfer, and change-order impact analysis.

Mandatory qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture, including significant Salesforce platform delivery.
• Hands-on architecture experience across Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud/Data 360, marketing automation, identity, data modeling, integrations, security, and environment strategy.
• Ability to assess an existing implementation, develop keep/refactor/rebuild options, facilitate decisions, and document architecture decisions and risks.
• Experience reviewing declarative automation, audience activation, subscriptions, approvals, deployment controls, monitoring, and rollback designs.
• Strong executive workshop, estimation, documentation, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred credentials: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or relevant Application/System Architect credentials; Data Cloud and marketing certifications are advantageous.
