Salesforce Solution Consultant - Remote Part Time

Swan Technology Solutions is a bevy of experts in the Salesforce and ERP space. We provide high-level consulting and advisory services, specialising in business transformation—taking "ugly duckling" processes and turning them into "beautiful swan" solutions.

We are looking for a Part Time and Experienced Salesforce Solution Consultant preferably with a strong background in Accounting or On-Platform Accounting packages to join our growing remote team.

The Role

This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within Australia. You will act as a lead advisor, helping our clients navigate complex business transformations by bridging the gap between business finance and Salesforce technology. The role will be 60% FTE - Specific Days and times to be determined with successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead sessions with stakeholders to define business requirements, solution design, and system configuration.

• End-to-End Delivery: Drive client engagement and take ownership of the delivery of complex functional requirements.

• Workshops & Training: Facilitate client workshops, present functionality playbacks, and lead SME Train the Trainer sessions.

• Documentation: Define and document user stories, business rules, test cases, and high-level solution designs.

• Roadmap Governance: Contribute to the creation and governance of long-term solution roadmaps and backlogs for each client.

• Methodology Leadership: Execute best-practice internal project delivery methodologies.

About You

You are a seasoned consultant who understands that a great solution is built on clean data and sound financial logic. You aren't just an admin; you are a problem solver who understands how businesses operate from the ledger up.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce Functional Consultant or Administrator experience.

• Accounting Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of Accounting principles or experience implementing/managing On-Platform Accounting packages.

• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant is required.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile project methodologies.

• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for finance teams and vice versa.

Highly Regarded Experience:

• Experience with Accounting Seed, Certinia or similar Native Salesforce Accounting application.

• Experience with Salesforce advanced configurations such as flow orchestration

• Experience with Experience cloud and Agentforce

• Multiple Salesforce certifications.
