Join our talented internal Digital Platforms team, adding value by working at the core of business operations. You'll provide user support, assist with testing and undertaking salesforce administration and deliver user and system documentation.
The work is varied, high-impact, and gives you exposure and an opportunity to triage and resolve level 1 support cases and transition requirements for level 2 or 3 cases (those requiring development or configuration changes) to backlog for prioritisation.

About You
You have exposure to Salesforce and Application Support, preferably in cloud-based environments.
Aptitude to quickly learn and use new supporting/integrated applications.
Experience documenting system features and user guides.
Demonstrated competence in the conduct of administrative work, including accuracy and attention to detail, good records management, self-motivation, and ability to accept responsibility.
Experience following established processes, procedures, and documentation standards.
Experience working in environments governed by SLAs and meeting service expectations.
