Role Overview:
- Writing functional specifications / user stories and defining complex processes involving multiple interfaces with financial systems.
- Delivering effective technical and operational solutions for business requirements.
- Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, making professional architecture and implementation decisions alongside relevant stakeholders, and leading the end-to-end design process through to delivery.
- Managing and leading projects/tasks across the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinating and managing cross-functional interfaces with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Ensuring deliverable quality and alignment with core business requirements.
- A challenging role in a dynamic, high-tech environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis – Must
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Analyst within enterprise-scale organizations – Must
- 4+ years of experience in Project Management – Must
- Experience in systems analysis within financial institutions / financial enterprise environments – Advantage
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permission sets/roles, and Flows – Advantage
- Familiarity with call center, branch, and back-office operational processes – Advantage
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field – Advantage
- Proven experience managing multiple interfaces, cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication – Advantage
