Job Description
We are currently on the lookout for a new Salesforce Technical Architect to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 Workplace Everywhere!
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and best practices.
- Define technical architecture covering integrations, data models, and security frameworks.
- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers across design, delivery, and optimization phases.
- Architect secure integrations and data migration strategies across enterprise systems.
- Enforce Salesforce governance, coding standards, and architectural best practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and continuous platform improvement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect or equivalent role.
- Deep expertise across Salesforce clouds, integrations, and data architecture.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, and LWC.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and governance frameworks.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) strongly preferred.
- Confident leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
