Salesforce Technical lead

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions at Mirketa Inc. This role is pivotal in leading technical initiatives, ensuring system integrity, and mentoring a team of Salesforce professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including requirement gathering, architecture design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

-Own the technical architecture of Salesforce environments, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, security, and compliance standards.

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and system designs.

-Mentor and guide junior developers and technical team members in best practices, coding standards, and Salesforce ecosystem tools.

-Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and databases using APIs, ETL tools, and middleware.

-Perform performance tuning, data migration, and configuration management to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity.

Job Requirements

-Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform Experience.

-In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, fields, triggers, flows, process builder, and Apex.

-Strong proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Developer Console, VS Code, and Salesforce CLI.

-Experience with Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and data integration tools.

-Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage project timelines, and deliver solutions under tight deadlines.

-Solid understanding of security models, data governance, and compliance in Salesforce environments.
