Salesforce Technical Lead - OmniStudio & Salesforce CLM

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with expertise in OmniStudio and Salesforce to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce development and implementation, with 5-10 years of experience.

• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality Salesforce projects.


• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Salesforce best practices.


• Develop and maintain complex Salesforce applications, including data models and integrations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for Salesforce development.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.


• Experience with Salesforce development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.


• Ability to lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers.


• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and version control systems, such as Git.
