As a Sales Consultant, you’re one of the most important team members at Norm Reeves Honda Vista. You’re a critical point of contact for our sales department guests and hold a key role in creating an amazing purchasing experience. You will build an experience for our guests by offering tailored and genuine advice to any customer who inquires online or in store.

We’re looking for someone outgoing, competitive, and customer-focused who enjoys connecting with people. Previous dealership sales experience is a plus, but we also welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn through our industry-leading training program.

What You’ll Do:

• Actively respond to sales inquiries to help ensure that the dealership actualizes its maximum profit potential
• Communicate effectively with sales guests through various methods of communication (both online or in-person)
• Proactively learn about all dealership products and services available
• Assist guests in selecting a new/used vehicles and help them construct a payment that fits their lifestyle
• Understand and accommodate the needs of each guest, take them for proper vehicle demonstration, and transition to transaction seamlessly
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a super work environment and get better every day with great attitude and amazing teamwork

What You’ll Need:

• Full-time availability in your schedule
• You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Strong communication skills with both Norm Reeves team members and guests
• A professional appearance
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Excellent Customer Service Skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both a team-based and independent settings
