Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time, experienced Sales Representative specializing in basement waterproofing, crawl space encapsulation, mold remediation, and/or restoration services with Best Buy Waterproofing, located in Columbia, Maryland.
This is an in-home sales position where you will meet with homeowners using company-provided leads. The ideal candidate will confidently assess customer needs, educate homeowners on solutions, and recommend the best product offerings to solve their specific issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers

Evaluate basement, crawl space, and foundation concern

Present tailored solutions based on customer needs

Provide accurate estimates and close sales

Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience

Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in in-home sales within waterproofing, encapsulation, mold remediation, or restoration

Strong closing skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Compensation:
This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. In addition to commission, monthly performance bonuses are available for top performers.
Lead & Mileage Support:
Company-provided, qualified leads — no cold calling. Mileage reimbursement is provided. As we continue to grow, company vehicle opportunities may become available.
