Sample Coordinator_RBCN/ME
- You are E2E responsible for sample management, incl. procurement, real-time tracking, inventory control, and cost-related topic for SiC-based products in China.
- You drive onsite maintenance, continuous improvement initiatives, and audit preparation to ensure absolute compliance with corporate and safety standards.
- You coordinate sample orders based on demand from internal R&D, marketing and customer teams in China.
- You consolidate all sample-related costs including international freight, customs charges and logistics fees. Collaborate with CTG to complete expense. Compile monthly reports on sample consumption cost and inventory loss statistics.
- You perform regular physical inventory counts, identify & reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
- You prepare regular reports covering inventory overview, inbound shipment progress and sample consumption for local management and German headquarters.
- You define and optimize the sample preparation and distribution workflows, transforming complex demands into an agile, highly efficient, and time-saving operational flow.
- A Bachelor degree in Commercial / Engineering or similar field of studies.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Procurement, Logistic or similar field.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers.
- Native in Chinese, Fluency in English.
- Bosch experience preferred, Semiconductor background preferred.
