The Opportunity:
High Flying Foods is looking for a Sandwich Artist at Artisan Market Restaurant located at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. You will join a dynamic and positive team environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. This position requires availability from 5:00am-11:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service
- Accurately enter orders and properly process payments
- Follow all portion standards to prepare, cook and present customer orders
- Handle, store, and rotate all products properly (FIFO)
- Maintain stock and storage of all perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Complete prepped food lists and other checklists as required
- Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned
- Count in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each work shift
- Work collaboratively with team to ensure seamless customer service and workplace efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols intended to keep team members and customers safe
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to management when applicable
- Other duties as assigned
