SAP ABAP Developer | Hybrid
Summary
Contract role for an SAP ABAP Developer (hybrid in Quezon City) who develops, customizes, and maintains SAP applications — building ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, and integrations (BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, web services) — while debugging, tuning performance, and supporting deployments on SAP ECC/S/4HANA.
Salary: ₱60,000 – ₱70,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for a skilled SAP ABAP Developer for a contract engagement supporting SAP application development, enhancements, and maintenance. The successful candidate will collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams to deliver SAP solutions, resolve technical issues, and support business requirements within the project timeline.
Key responsibilities
Develop, customize, enhance, and maintain SAP applications using ABAP.
Analyze technical specifications and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
Develop and maintain ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and function modules.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve SAP application issues.
Optimize ABAP code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical teams.
Support SAP integration using technologies such as BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and web services.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and technical documentation.
Support deployment activities, production incidents, and project deliverables within agreed timelines.
Follow SAP development standards, quality procedures, and change management processes.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.
Strong knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP development tools.
Hands-on experience with ABAP Reports, Data Dictionary, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, and User Exits.
Experience in SAP debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
Knowledge of CDS Views, OData services, and modern ABAP development is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver assigned project milestones within the contract period.
