Role Summary
Lead the application support team within IT, oversee a small group of specialists, and partner closely with Operations to keep core ERP systems reliable and aligned with business priorities.
What You Will Do
- Act as the subject-matter expert for SAP S/4HANA (PP, QM, MM, and Costing) plus connected tools.
- Direct the day-to-day work of the application team and related platforms.
- Shape system design, standards, and working procedures.
- Diagnose process gaps raised by users, and drive rapid, practical fixes.
- Coach team members, set clear expectations, and review their performance.
What You Will Need
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and low-code/automation tools (Power Apps, RPA, etc.).
- Confident English communication (with Japan HQ).
- Familiarity with proven industry practices.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
