Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful SAP Audit Assurance Consultant (Senior). Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. This position is expected to assist with advanced SAP Agile project in the DoD space. The Audit Assurance Consultant (Sr.) will be a part of a program that encompasses integrating dozens of mission critical applications operating in SAP FedRamp Cloud that is managed with a hyper-converged datacenter and is protected by a world class active cyber defense solution. This program is focused on cloud integration and next generation solutions and is embarking on a SAFe and Agile SAP journey.


Duties and Responsibilities:

The SAP Audit Assurance Consultant (Sr.) will assist in providing services to a team that is part of a large program to deliver financial business process solutions/support in SAP Public Sector Finance and Federal Financials. You will provide audit liaison support performing the following, but not limited to:

  • Providing system data and analysis to support audits
  • Providing RICE ID mapping to BTC ID
  • Attending audit meetings
  • Documenting interface edit checks/validation controls
  • Assisting in developing test scripts for routine internal controls testing
  • Performing routine testing of system controls
  • Working with SI cross-team for PBC responses


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

  • BA or BS in Business, Accounting, or related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
  • 7+ years of audit experience
  • 3-5 years of professional level project management experience required
  • Experience working on SAP projects required
  • Understanding of SAP business applications and transactions and access controls
  • Relevant certifications (CPA, PMP, CISA) preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures on manual and automated systems preferred
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office preferred: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Effective influencing and relationship management skills in a diverse working environment

Minimum Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED – Required
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Required
  • Master’s Degree – Preferred

Required Certifications:

  • None required
  • Project Management Certifications – Strongly Preferred
  • SAFe Certifications – Strongly Preferred
  • SAP Certifications – Strongly Preferred

Other:

  • Must be US Citizen
  • Must have Active DoD Secret clearance or Ability to Obtain it
  • Willingness to be on-site daily
