Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Perform system installations, upgrades, and migrations.
Monitor system performance and implement tuning measures.
Ensure system security and compliance with best practices.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP Basis issues.
Collaborate with other SAP module teams to ensure seamless integration.
Perform incident resolution and problem determination to ensure availability and stability of SAP platforms according to established service level agreements by working individually or in a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to understand complex situations and activities and ability to communicate basic technical information to nontechnical people.
Provide support and maintenance of SAP environments; ERP / S/4 HANA, BW, PO, Solution Manager, and AS Java.

More than 4/5 years' experience in SAP BASIS
SAP Certified is a plus.
English required
Experience in performing system installation and configuration, patching, upgrade, and system copies (homogeneous \ heterogeneous)
Experience in performing SAP system performance analysis.
Experience in SAP HANA \ Sybase \ Oracle \ MaxDB \ DB2 \ SQL database administration.
Experience in Microsoft / Unix Operating Systems.
Experience on Cloud Technologies: Azure / AWS / Google Cloud. Cloud Certification is a plus.
Experience on BTP Administration / SAP Signavio / GRC, is a plus.
Work individually or in a team on various system support projects related to SAP products.
Work after hours and on the weekends as necessary according to predefined planning.
