About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP BTP CPI Integration Consultant to join our SAP Cloud Integration practice. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Integration Suite. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud-native integration architectures, API-led connectivity, and modern development technologies to support digital transformation initiatives across global clients.

Application Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions. This role should able to realize a business solution leveraging vendors and partners. The individual must have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role may also be responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Certifications: Maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology

Your Role

  • Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite.
  • Build and maintain integration flows, APIs, and cloud-based connectivity services across SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Develop scalable and secure integration architectures leveraging cloud-native design principles.
  • Configure and support authentication, authorization, and security frameworks for enterprise integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to define integration requirements and solution designs.
  • Design and implement microservices and event-driven architectures to support business processes.
  • Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of integration solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP and industry best practices for integration development, security, and governance.
  • Support testing activities, deployments, and production support initiatives.
  • Partner with client stakeholders to provide technical guidance and integration strategy recommendations.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP).
  • Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite, including Cloud Integration (CPI).
  • SAP technical background with experience integrating SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and related development frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and integration patterns.
  • Experience designing and implementing microservices-based solutions.
  • Knowledge of event-driven architecture concepts and messaging frameworks.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms, including secure API integrations.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working in agile and collaborative delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with API Management and event mesh technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP Extension Suite and BTP services.
  • Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, and API-led integration architectures.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment methodologies.
  • SAP Integration Suite or SAP BTP Certification.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082- $193,440

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
