About the role:

We're looking for a SAP Business One Support Consultant (Spanish-speaking) who will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and application requirements, proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, and explore effective solutions. You will also conduct training sessions, provide practical workarounds, and showcase new features or modules to help customers optimize their application usage and achieve greater value from the product.

In this role you will get to:

• ​​Understand customer requirements, business processes, and operational objectives to provide effective SAP Business One support.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and investigate application issues, determine root causes, and implement appropriate resolutions or workarounds.
• Provide functional support and guidance to customers on SAP Business One core modules and add-ons.
• Conduct user training, share best practices, and introduce relevant system features and modules to improve application usage and efficiency.
• Support SAP Business One implementations, upgrades, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure timely issue resolution and high-quality service delivery.

• Strong understanding of SAP Business One core modules and commonly used add-ons.
• Experience in SAP Business One application support and/or implementation.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Experience in SAP Business One upgrades is an advantage.
• Strong IT consulting or application support background.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.

• Functional knowledge of SAP Business One.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Crystal Reports.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Business One deployment in cloud environments.

• English: Excellent written and spoken.
• Spanish: Native level.
