Summary

Configures and maintains SAP Cloud ALM for enterprise customers, integrating it with SAP systems and managing monitoring, incidents, and change control.

Implementation and Configuration Services

  • Solution Design and Architecture:
    • Define the overall architecture for SAP Cloud ALM in accordance with the customer's SAP landscape.
    • Ensure integration with other SAP solutions like SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.
  • Configuration:
    • Setup of SAP Cloud ALM in alignment with customer requirements and SAP best practices.
    • Customizing the tools for application lifecycle management such as Change Control Management, Incident Management, and Monitoring.
    • Configuration of monitoring, alerting, and reporting features within SAP Cloud ALM.

2. Service Monitoring and Performance Management

  • System Monitoring:
    • Continuous monitoring of SAP Cloud ALM and associated systems to ensure availability, performance, and security.
    • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to track system health.
  • Incident and Problem Management:
    • Identify and manage incidents, including coordination with SAP support (SAP OSS) for critical issues.
    • Track and resolve problems to improve service availability.
  • Service Level Monitoring:
    • Ensure that SLAs are met, track compliance, and provide reporting on service delivery performance.

3. Change and Release Management

  • Change Request Management:
    • Handle change requests for SAP Cloud ALM system configurations, enhancements, or new features.
    • Perform impact assessments and ensure proper change control procedures are followed.
  • Release Management:
    • Plan and execute releases of new features, fixes, and upgrades to the SAP Cloud ALM environment.

Coordinate with SAP and internal teams to manage the release cycle effectively
