We are looking for a SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant to work in a Business Analyst (BA) role supporting ongoing commerce initiatives. The role involves requirement management, Agile delivery support, and close collaboration with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as BA for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) initiatives.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices in JIRA.

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

Maintain meeting notes, issue tracking, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity.

Strong BA experience in SAP Commerce Cloud.

High proficiency in JIRA.

Good understanding of core commerce flows.

Excellent organization and communication skills.
