We are looking for a highly organized SAP Commerce Cloud Functional Consultant to work in a Business Analyst (BA) role supporting ongoing commerce initiatives. The consultant will manage requirements, support Agile delivery, and coordinate closely with business and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:-
Act as a BA for SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) initiatives.

Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices in JIRA.

Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.

Maintain meeting notes, issue tracking, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure requirement clarity and timely delivery.

Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud environments.

High proficiency in JIRA.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.

Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
