SAP Consultant (DRC)
We are looking for a talented SAP Consultant (DRC) to configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance, delivering end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions aligned with country-specific statutory requirements. Within this position, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to provide compliant, well-documented solutions supporting accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) to deliver end-to-end electronic invoicing solutions for a specific country/region per statutory requirements
- Maintain country-specific DRC configuration, including Define Compliance Reporting Framework, Assign Company Codes and Activate Business Functions
- Set up eDocument types and mappings
- Configure output determination and message control
- Maintain XML schemas and format mappings
- Establish communication arrangements with SAP Cloud Integration to link tax authority or government platforms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture financial requirements
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Identify opportunities for process improvements proactively
- Align with SAP Finance best practices and keep implementations up to date
- Document system configurations and related processes thoroughly
- Complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT) successfully with minimal defects within agreed project timelines
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Knowledge of Parallel Accounting using a ledgers-based approach
- Expertise in DRC functionality, including e-invoicing and local reporting configuration
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
Nice to have
- Background in GAAP accounting
- Familiarity with the SAP Business Technology Platform
- Skills in SAP Controlling
