Job Summary

This functional role will be responsible for leading SAP implementation initiatives and managing functional delivery across enterprise projects, with a focus on SAP FI, CO, SD, and MM modules. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle — from requirement gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and system configuration to testing, issue resolution, and go-live support. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to ensure SAP solutions align with operational requirements and industry best practices, while also providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to functional consultants to ensure successful project execution and delivery quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the SAP functional team during implementation projects for SAP FI/ CO-PC/ SD/ MM modules.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional designs and system configurations.

• Design and review SAP solutions and configurations to ensure alignment with business processes and best practices.

• Coordinate with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Provide functional guidance and mentorship to consultants and junior team members.

• Support solution architecture, testing strategy, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.

• Conduct client workshops, requirement sessions, and solution demonstrations when required.

Job Requirements

• Proven years of experience in SAP implementation projects with strong expertise in SAP FI/ CO-PC/ SD/ MM modules.

• Proven experience in leading functional teams or acting as a module lead in SAP implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of business processes related to finance, controlling, or product costing.

• Experience in SAP configuration, system design, and integration with other modules.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting project environment.
