SAP Data Analytics Manager / In-House Consultant (m/f/d) BDC / Datasphere Kötz Location Specialists and Managers Target Group IT FIELD OF ACTIVITY Your Responsibilities Setup, support, and further development of the data and analytics platform based on SAP BDC and SAP Datasphere Building a database for reporting and AI/GenAI use cases Ensuring the operation and support of the BI/data platform Data Integration & Modeling in SAP Datasphere Development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and analyses to support decision-making Maintenance & optimization of existing solutions Coordination of external service providers, including quality and acceptance management Project leadership for transformations, e.g., BW 7.5 to SAP BDC/Datasphere/SAC Ensuring the AI readiness of the data platform Support for GenAI/LLM use cases Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field Several years of professional experience (approx. 3–4 years) in the SAP BW environment is a plus Interest in data, reporting, and analytics in the SAP environment (e.g., BW, Datasphere, SAC) Passion for data modeling, integration, and modern reporting architectures A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as an interest in standards, data quality, and governance Openness to new technologies, particularly AI/GenAI applications Experience in SAP, BI, Controlling, IT, or related fields is desirable Self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and a passion for cross-functional collaboration Fluency in German and English What We Offer Attractive compensation package Company pension plan with employer contribution Commuting allowance A wide range of employee discounts and perks Opportunity for remote work Company bike via bike leasing for personal use Cafeteria with a snack service and a rotating selection of fresh meals Diverse responsibilities with plenty of room for creativity Individual development opportunities and continuing education programs International environment with steady growth Health and wellness initiatives and ergonomic workstations We look forward to receiving your application!
